The initial session is an opportunity for us to meet and see if working together feels right. The issues that bring you to therapy and your hopes for the work will be explored . I will take a personal history of your current situation , your past and you will have time to ask me any questions you may have about the process and myself.
After this session there is no obligation to continue with further sessions. If you feel like we are a 'good fit', then we can agree a regular time to meet each week.
I am offering both face to face and online sessions.
How to Arrange an Initial Session
I can be contacted via email or telephone to arrange an initial session. Please do not hesitate to ask me any questions you may have prior to deciding to arrange an initial session. If you would like I offer a free telephone consultation, as I am aware how daunting this process of starting therapy can be.
Further Sessions and Fees
If you decide to continue coming to see me, then I will recommend that we meet once a week at a regular day and time. These sessions are 50 minutes in length.
My fees are £110 per session.
